Hiren Viroja

President & CEO

Hiren Viroja launched HMV Properties in 2010, after successfully nurturing several multi-million real estate & commercial complexes including hotels, shopping plazas, and auto dealerships. Graduating from University of North Carolina with a B.SC. (computer Science) degree, with honors. Hiren has a passion for hospitality and is continuing to grow HMV’s portfolio to become a leader in every market we touch with an endless drive for success. His generosity towards every member of the portfolios teams is deeply rooted in the culture of HMV Properties, always remembering that of “our team is our success”. He believes in diligence is thoroughness, completeness, and persistence of our actions. Hiren’s mission is to cultivate a best-in-class-hospitality company by delivering on our foundations core values of Inspiration, respect, and diligence. These are demonstrated in our service of team members, guests, and vendors- always with an eye to investor returns and satisfaction.

Hank Viroja

Chief Financial Officer & CFO

Hank Viroja joined his brother Hiren in 2011, after serving seven years with Bank of America as an International Financial Analyst. Hank also graduated from the University of North Carolina with a B.A. in International Accounting & Finance, with honors. Going on to serve as a General Manager in various hotels across the Midwest and Carolina’s learning the hospitality operational aspects and hotel uniform system of accounting & expense. Hank has introduced and implemented standardized accounting systems for HMV Properties. Hank is also very involved in new development, acquisitions, and brand selections on any future purchases or management.

Robert P. Hill FIH HCIMA. CHA.

VP/Corporate Director of Operations

Robert (Bob) joined HMV Properties in August 2021 after a career of over 30+ years in the hospitality industry. Graduating from University of Liverpool UK with a B.A. in Hospitality & Business Administration and elected as a “Fellow of the European Hospitality Institute”, in 2011 for his contribution to the industry. Earning many further Certifications, awards & recognitions over the years including “Certified Hotel Administrator” being one of the first 3,000 in the USA to achieve the designation in 1986. Bob has experience in multi-unit hospitality operations and finance management for billion-dollar branded hotels. Combining strategic perspective with strong analytical abilities in diverse portfolios of full/limited service and extended stay hotels. An expert in international relations and hotel operations management in North America, Caribbean, Europe, Middle East, Africa, South Pacific. Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, guests, vendors, employees, executive leadership teams, and ownership. Solid history of leadership effectiveness that demonstrates results in a growth organization. Successful ability to self-motivate, self-direct, problem solver and achieve the desired results. Bob has excellent financial acumen with P&L responsibilities, also focusing on the details of budgeting, financial statements, revenue management, and sales & marketing.

Stephanie McLaughlin

Corporate Operations Manager

Stephanie joined HMV Properties in 2014 as a General Manager. Graduated from Francis Marion University with a B.A. In Political Science (with honors). Stephanie has over twenty years of management experience specializing in Sales & Marketing, and hospitality, achieving a track record of success while increasing budgeted results and guest satisfaction across her region of responsibility overseeing North & South Carolina Hotels. Stephanie provides valuable insight into the planning, execution, and oversight of daily operations. Strong skills in customer service & extensive experience identifying customer climate & potential issues resolving complaints and issues on social media as needed.

Hunter Aldridge

Senior Area Manager

Hunter joined us from Marriott Corporation to oversee our Charleston locations in 2022 as seasoned 12-year General Manager with Hilton. Graduated from the University of North Carolina Bachelor of Arts. Since coming on-board Hunter has brought with him all the learning picked up from working under his father at a young age with Hilton products. This has translated into a career in hospitality with several of the big box companies. He adopted his guest service skills in a variety of service positions across the Carolina’s, but his greatest fulfillment is inspiring valued team members with opportunities to grow and progress professionally as Hunter says; “hospitality is about taking care of people”. Which he has mastered to the betterment of HMV Properties.

Jeffery Snyder

Task-Force Manager

Jeffery has been with HMV-Properties for over nine years. A Certified Front Office Trainer, Jeffery as a Task-Force Manager wears many hats. Relieving General Managers for vacations, opening new hotels, training front of house team members to name but a few tasks and positions he works. Jeffery’s background is coming from high-end operations where guest service is key to the reputation of the brand whereby, he is a great asset in the plans of HMV Properties moving into the higher-end brands as we seek to expand.
